Han Solo Chocolates with almonds

I'm not sure there is anything more to say about these.

Mint Pesto

The final farmer's market bounty was mint chocolate pesto.  I used toasted walnuts, a couple if ounces of bitter chocolate, sugar, a but of lemon juice and a bunch of spearmint.  It is the perfect sauce to accompany the strawberries.
